Today

Today was sort of busy. I can't really remember what happened, but it was busy.

Josip was a pretty sweet guy. He was pretty sweet.

Unfortunatley, I am a dumbass, and thought that the reading was at 19:30. So, I get there, a little late, like at 19:35, and then realize that it was at 19:00. Instead of being the fool to walk in late, I decided to turn around and walk back outside.

I just got done eating a lot of candy. Walgreens has these humungous boxes of candy for $1, so I bought 5: Raisenettes, Junior Mints, Red Vines, Boston Baked Beans, and these things called Jujubes. Then in the checkout line I decided I needed some peeps, so I got a box of those too. I ate almost the whole box of Raisenettes. I feel sort of sick. The Jujubes were like three years old, and very hard, so I only ate about five of those things. Don't get Jujubes. They will surely bring you to your downfall.

Also, this insomnia thing is over. Instead, I am just really tired all the time. I sleep like 9 or ten hours a night, and still I am tired in the day. Maybe I am dying. That would be most unfortunate. I don't think I am dying. No, I'm not.

Well, on this note, I am going to go to bed. The Raisenettes need time to settle. My brain needs time to clear. My body needs 11 hours of rest.

The jujubes weren't actually three years old, they are that hard fresh from the factory. Be careful of them, they sneak up on you and get addictive.

On another note, you didn't miss that much with not going to Josip's reading (that's my opinion as a student, not as anything else), of course that could be because I was stuff full of good food and a little wine and wanted nothing more than a good long nap, and Josip probably felt the same. It was kind of a lethargic reading.

I loved the reading, but I'd never been to one before. I'm not sure why that would mean anything, but it sounds like it could. I absolutely love Rasinettes. They are the end all of candy for me. There are many other wonderful things, but even the best candies must bow before chocolate covered rasins.

Josip was cool. Dinner was a blast. I too was sleepy during the reading for the same reasons as Katie, plus I haven't been getting enough sleep.

My candy of choice would be Sweettarts. I like them. There are two ways to eat them. You can simply keep them in your mouth until they dissolve or you can chew them. Each way has its advantages.

Congrats on beating the insomnia. The constant drowsiness should go away after a week or two of good sleep. I researched sleep and there are tons of things that can make you drowsy. Dehydration, alarm clocks, all manner of stuff. It's crazy.

Go to http://www.statcounter.com/free_hit_counter.html. It allows you to customize all the colors and stuff, plus it lets you choose stuff like how it records visitors. Once you customize it, it will give you code that you copy, and then you open up the blog edit page, add a javascript element, and then paste the code into it. Then you do the hokey-pokey and you turn yourself around.
