Cat

There was a cat outside that sort of followed me home. It was more on a mission of its own that happened to intersect with my path and somehow the cat ended up by my doorstep. I went inside to get it some meat, because cats like meat. They are carnivorous.

The only meat I could find was some sick-looking sandwich meat. It was wrapped in plastic and in a box, but the plastic was not closed. Therefore the meat was being exposed to the nasty fridge environment and had consequently became sick.

I tried to feed the cat the meat, but it just sniffed at it, then layed down on the sidewalk so that I would pet its belly.

Then I saw the cat again! It followed me to Lisa's, then stood looking at me while I stood inside and looked out at it. Then I went to try to get something for the cat.

"Oh, we can feed it the pork tenderloin!" Lisa exclaimed. She was super excited.

"Yeah..." I was sure that cats do not like pork. "That's what I'll feed it..."

Lisa wandered away and then I rushed to the fridge to find something better than pork tenderloin to give to the cat. What I found was some turkey. It was good turkey, not sick. It was wrapped up in plastic.

Again, the cat refused the meat! I grabbed its jaw and tried to thrust the turkey down its throat, but the cat would not take it. It pulled off some kind of move and got out of the massive hold I had on it. Then, it went and ran after a mother pushing her daughter in a stroller. I went back inside and cried myself to sleep.
